1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Ecosystem Watchdog ("Watchdog"), operated by HiveSkill, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the dashboard.
2. Nature of the Service
Watchdog is a public status dashboard. It reports the reachability and health of HiveSkill-operated services as observed by automated probes. Status information is provided for transparency and convenience only. It is not a service-level commitment, and a "healthy" reading is not a guarantee that any service is functioning for you.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with Watchdog or the systems it monitors.
- Do not scrape the dashboard at a rate that degrades it for others. Automated readers should use the public status endpoints at a reasonable interval.
- Do not use status information to plan or carry out attacks on HiveSkill or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
The dashboard's design, text, and code are owned by HiveSkill or its licensors. You may view and link to the dashboard. You may not reproduce it as your own.
5. Disclaimer
Watchdog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Monitoring data can lag, be incomplete, or be wrong.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiveSkill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the dashboard or the status information it shows.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or change the dashboard at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HiveSkill is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
